Note: The products we sell are marked as pre - order and in - stock. Pre - order products are customized pre - sale items, and we will clearly indicate the delivery time in the purchase instructions.

For in - stock products, we will complete the delivery within 2 working days. For international addresses, we generally use SF Express and China Post for shipping. For the Chinese mainland region, we use China Post for delivery. For Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Macau regions of China, we use both SF Express and China Post for shipping.

If there is any loss or damage to the product upon arrival, please contact our customer service team via email (support@starxbox.com) within 7 days (including public holidays) of receiving the package, and attach your order confirmation number. No claims will be accepted after this period.
